At SNAK, we aim to get your favourite SNAK.’s to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.
Processing & Delivery Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Once shipped, your order will reach you within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Deliveries are handled by trusted logistics partners such as Shiprocket.
- Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays due to weather, logistics, or unforeseen operational issues may occur.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across most major cities and towns in India.
If your pincode is not serviceable, you’ll be notified at checkout before completing payment.
Shipping Charges
A small delivery fee may apply for orders, depending on your location and courier partner rates.
Order Status & Tracking
You can track your shipment using the tracking link shared after dispatch.
If your tracking link has not updated for over 48 hours, please contact us at care@snak.co.in with your order ID.
Missed Delivery
If you miss the first delivery attempt, our courier partner will reattempt delivery once.
Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address during the estimated delivery window.
Ownership & Risk
Once your order is handed over to the courier, the risk and responsibility transfer to you.
However, if your package arrives damaged, leaking, or expired, please contact us at care@snak.co.in within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Exchanges for Incorrect Items
- If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at care@snak.co.in.
- The items must be unopened, untampered with, and in their original packaging.
- Once verified, we’ll send you the correct items at no additional cost.
Return & Refund Policy
- SNAK follows a no-return and no-refund policy.
- Refunds are not issued once payment is completed, except in rare cases where a replacement cannot be provided due to product unavailability.
- Refund requests for reasons such as change of mind, delayed delivery, or taste preference are not eligible.
- Any approved refund (in exceptional cases) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations & Charges
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment is completed.
