Return & Refund Policy

• SNAK follows a no-return and no-refund policy.
• Refunds are not issued once payment is completed, except in rare cases where a replacement cannot be provided due to product unavailability.
• Refund requests for reasons such as change of mind, delayed delivery, or taste preference are not eligible.
• Any approved refund (in exceptional cases) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
